Saskatchewan Forest Fire Doubles In Size

THE CANADIAN PRESS -- WOLLASTON LAKE, Sask. -- A forest fire that is threatening two northern Saskatchewan communities has doubled in size.

Environment officials say the blaze near Wollaston Lake and Hatchet Lake reserve covers more than 10 square kilometres.

It's burning at the edge of the town site, which is about 840 kilometres north of Saskatoon.
