In a new report on drug, alcohol and tobacco use among teens in the U.S., the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse (CASA) at Columbia University finds that 75 percent of all high school students have used alcohol, tobacco or either legal or illicit drugs and that 20 percent of these adolescents are addicted.
