Early iPhone 4 adopters on AT&T who want to upgrade to the iPhone 4S were out of luck at the 4S launch, unless they wanted to pay an extra $450 (plus tax on that!) for the privilege of getting the phone a month early. However, if you're still waiting, it looks like AT&T has moved up the upgrade date for at least a few subscribers. More��
